Terms of use
1. Who we are
Pre90 is run by Regentis Group Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16016682, registered office 25 Armeston Sheephouse Way, New Malden, Kingston upon Thames, KT3 5PU. You can reach us at hello@pre90.app.
2. What Pre90 is
Pre90 is analysis and opinion about football matches, written for fans. It is not betting, financial or any other professional advice. Please don't rely on it for decisions involving money.
3. Accuracy
We check our facts against public sources, but football moves fast. Team news changes, stats get revised and we sometimes get things wrong. Our signals are opinions about what's likely, never promises about what will happen.
4. Not affiliated
Pre90 is independent. We're not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the Premier League, UEFA or any club. Club and competition names, and colours that echo club kits, are used only to identify the teams and matches we write about.
5. Using the site
Pre90 is for personal, non-commercial use. Share links and short quotes with credit as much as you like. Please don't copy whole digests, scrape the site or republish our content without asking first.
6. Our content
The writing, design, signals and ledger on Pre90 belong to Regentis Group Limited.
7. Other websites
We may link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say or do.
8. Our liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that comes from using Pre90, including any money lost on bets. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
10. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any disputes.
Privacy policy
Who looks after your data
Regentis Group Limited is the controller of your personal data. Questions or requests go to hello@pre90.app.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for the Monday Ledger newsletter, plus the date you signed up and confirmed.
- Basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, device type and rough location by country. We don't collect these yet; this applies once we switch them on.
- Anything you send us when you get in touch.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- The Monday Ledger newsletter: with your consent. Withdraw it any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Visit statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Replying to you: our legitimate interest in answering your message.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Pre90 for us: Wix, which hosts the site and its content and will run our visit statistics once we switch them on, and Google, which runs our email. They can only use your data to provide their service to us. We never sell your data and we don't work with advertising networks.
Data outside the UK
Some of our providers may store data outside the UK. When they do, it's protected by UK-approved safeguards, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, then delete it within 30 days. Visit statistics are only ever shown to us in summary form, which doesn't identify you; Wix holds the underlying visit data under its own privacy policy. Messages you send us are deleted 12 months after we've finished dealing with them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@pre90.app. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Our email sign-up isn't for anyone under 13.
